153 돌파 워크샵

가정교회 사역원 게시판에 ‘153 돌파 워크샵’이란 모임의 후기가 올라왔습니다. ‘개척가정교회 길라잡이’를 수강한 목사님/사모님을 대상으로 한국 성시교회(명성훈목사)에 주최했습니다.

‘개척가정교회 길라잡이’란 목회자를 위한 가정교회 세미나 비슷한 것으로, 개척교회 목회자를 위한 세미나입니다. 청주 사랑의 교회(안국철목사)에서 1 년에 4 번 열리는데 지금까지 3 번 열렸습니다. 거기에 참석한 목사님들이 배운 것을 실천할 수 있도록 돕는 것 같습니다.

명성훈 목사님은 순복음 교단에서 꽤 알려지신 분인데, ‘교회성장연구소’로 유명하셨습니다. 가정교회를 시작하고 나서는 성경적인(?) 교회 성장을 하도록 가정교회 목사님들을 돕고 계십니다.

요한복음 21장에 보면 밤새도록 물고기를 못잡던 제자들에게 예수님께서 그물을 배 오른쪽에 던지라고 하시니 물고기가 많이 잡았는데 세어 보니 153 마리였습니다. 그래서 예수님이 허락하신 많은 물고기(영혼)를 잡을 수 있도록 돌파하자고 이름을 붙인 것 같습니다.

거기에서 나온 말씀을 나눕니다.

숫자는 영혼이다(저의 해석: 우리가 얘기하는 숫자는 잃은 영혼을 말한다)

교회성장은 영혼구원이다(숫적으로 성장하지 못해도 영혼구원을 하면 성장한 것이다)

영혼 구원에 따른 교회 성장은 하나님의 뜻이다(교회 성장에 대해 거부감을 갖지 말라)

회심(VIP 대상), 회복(교회에 실망하고 떠난 사람 대상), 회동(건강한 교회를 꿈꾸며 함께 사역하고 싶은 사람들 대상)을 통하여 교회가 성장하기를 바란다(VIP만 고집하지 말고 교회를 쉬고 있는 사람들과 신앙생활 바르게 하고 싶은 사람들도 포용하라)

돌파는 숫자적 돌파 뿐 아니라 목회자의 리더십 돌파도 포함된다. 운동으로 건강 지키기, 매일 아침마다 복음 선포하기, 낯선 사람에게 적극적으로 다가서기등, 자신의 걸림돌을 돌파하는 것이다.

저는 마지막 말씀이 가장 기억에 남았습니다. 목회는 열심히 하겠다고 생각하지만, 건강이나 성품 바꾸기에는 신경을 안 쓴 것 같습니다. 딸들이 얘기할 때마다 운동하라고 하는데, 해야 된다는 것을 알ㅎ지만 좀 듣기 싫었던 것이 사실입니다. 운동으로 체력적인 돌파를 하겠습니다. 매일 낯선 사람 한 명에게 영적인 얘기를 하는 전도 돌파를 하겠습니다.

우리 목자/목녀님들과 성도님들도 개인적인 걸림돌 돌파를 작정하고 이루었으면 좋겠습니다. 운동, 다이어트, QT, 기도, 전도등 많이 있습니다^^

153 Breakthrough Workshop

On the bulletin board of the ‘House church ministry’, a review of "153 Breakthrough Workshop" was posted. It is hosted by Sungsi church (Pastor Sunghoon Myung) for pastors/wives who took 'Guide for Planting House Churches'.

'Guide for Planting House Churches' is similar to a house church seminar for pastors, but it is for pastors of planting churches. It is held 4 times a year at the Cheongju Love Church (Pastor Kuk-chul Ahn), and it has been held 3 times so far. It seems to help the pastors who attended there to put into practice what they have learned.

Pastor Sunghoon Myung is quite well-known in the Full Gospel denomination, and he was famous for his 'Church Growth Institute'. Since starting a house church, he has been helping house church pastors to grow their churches in a biblical way.

In John 21, Jesus told the disciples who had not been able to fish all night to cast their nets on the right side of the boat, and they caught a lot of fish, and they counted 153. I think that's why he named it so that they can catch as many fish (souls) as Jesus allowed.

I want to share what came out of it.

Numbers are souls (my interpretation: The numbers we are talking about are lost souls)

Church growth is the salvation of souls (Even if you do not grow numerically, if you save souls, you have grown)

The growth of the church according to the salvation of souls is God's will (Do not be reluctant to grow the church)

I want the church to grow through ‘conversion’ (for VIPs), ‘restoration’ (for those who are disappointed in the church and not attending the church), and ‘meetings’ (for those who dream of a healthy church and want to work with us) (Don't just stick to VIPs, but include those who are taking a break from the church and those who want to live a life of faith correctly)

Breakthrough is not only a numerical breakthrough, but also a pastor's leadership Breakthroughs. Whether it's exercising to stay healthy, proclaiming the gospel every morning, or actively reaching out to strangers, it's about breaking through your stumbling blocks.

The last words were the most memorable for me. I think I will do my best in ministry, but I don't think I care about my health or changing my character. Every time my daughters talk to me, they tell me to exercise. I know I have to do it, but I don't want to hear it. I will make a physical breakthrough with exercise. I will also do an evangelistic breakthrough by talking to a stranger every day about spirituality.

I hope that our shepherds/shepherdesses and members will also make a personal breakthrough of obstacles and achieve them. There are many including exercise, diet, QT, prayer, evangelism ^^
