가을 사역을 안내합니다
아직 낮에는 덥지만 아침에는 제법 서늘한 것을 보니 가을이 다가 온 것 같습니다. 이제 여름 휴가와 방학을 끝내고 가을을 맞을 때입니다. 일어나는 순서대로 알려 드립니다.
1. 세겹줄 금식기도 8.27(화)-31(토). 새학기를 맞아 자녀 학업을 위한 세겹줄 새벽기도회를 갖습니다. 보통 9월 첫 주에 하는데, 올해는 그때 선교 집회가 있어서 올해에는 8월 말에 합니다. 같은 목장의 3 -5 명이 조가 되어서 전날 저녁에 금식하고 새벽 예배에 같이 참여하여 합심하여 기도합니다. 금요일까지는 쥼으로 모이고, 토요일에는 교회에서 모입니다. 8월 25일 주일까지 신청하시기 바랍니다.
2. 선교 집회 9/6(금)-8(주). 우리 교회에서 처음으로 차드 목장의 이영수/박경선 선교사님 부부를 초청하여 선교 집회를 갖습니다. 선교사님 부부는 가정교회로 원주민을 대상으로 선교하고 계십니다. 불어권 아프리카의 선교에 대해 배우고, 가정교회로 선교하는 열매와 어려움도 들으려고 합니다. 앞으로 우리 교회가 불어권 아프리카에서 가정교회로 선교하는 데 어떻게 도움을 줄 수 있을지 알아 보려고 합니다. 금요일 새벽과 저녁, 토요일 새벽과 저녁, 그리고 주일 예배까지 5 번 모입니다. 토요일 낮에는 부서장님들과 목자/목녀님들과 만나는 시간이 있습니다.
3. 목회자 컨퍼런스 9/9(월)-13(금). 미국 샌프란시스코 새누리선교교회에서 주최하는 목회자를 위한 가정교회 컨퍼런스에 저희 부부가 참석합니다. 선교사님 부부도 같이 참여하여 가정교회를 통한 선교에 대해 배우고 나누려고 합니다. 미국 비자를 잘 받으실 수 있도록 기도해 주세요.
4. 야외 예배 9/15(주). 그날 에반젤 교회 신도총회가 3시에나 끝납니다. 작년과 같이 앙그리뇽 공원에서 야외예배를 드릴 예정입니다. 비가 오면 오후 5시에 교회에서 예배를 드리려고 합니다.
5. 가을 삶공부. 9/16 주부터는 삶공부를 합니다. 현재 계획으로는 생명의 삶을 한국말과 영어로 하려고 합니다. 우리 교회에서는 삶공부가 필수입니다. 특히 생명의 삶을 안 들은 분은 이번에 꼭 듣기 바랍니다. 그리고 학생부도 영어로 생명의 삶을 듣고 싶은 사람도 수강할 수 있습니다.
6. 목장 재 편성. 9월부터 영어권 사역이 본격적으로 시작됩니다. 현재 한어 장년 목장이 8 개, 한어 싱글 목장이 1 개, 영어 장년 목장이 1 개 있습니다. 기존 목장이 합쳐지고 새로운 목장이 생길 것입니다. 학생부 사역도 변화가 있을 것입니다.
Introducing the Fall Ministry
It's still warm during the day, but it's quite chilly in the morning, so it seems like autumn is approaching. It's time to wrap up your summer vacations and welcome autumn. I'll tell you in the order what will pappen.
1. Triple Cord Fast and Prayer 8.27 (Tue) - 31 (Sat). With the start of the new school year, we will hold a threefold cord early morning prayer for children's studies. We usually hold it in the first week of September, but this year we have mission meetings at that time, so this year we do it at the end of August. Three to five people from the same MokJang form a group to fast the night before and attend the early morning worship service to pray together. They meet in Zoom until Friday, and in church on Saturday. Please put your names by Sunday, August 25.
2. Mission Meeting 9/6 (Fri)-8 (Sun). For the first time , we invite Missionary Couple Lee Young-soo and Park Kyung-sun of the Chad MokJang to hold a mission meeting. The missionary couple is conducting missions with the House church format. We will learn about missions in Francophone Africa and hear about the fruits and difficulties of missionary work as a house church. In the future, we will try to find out how we can help Francophone Africa missionaries in the House church format. We will meet five times: Friday dawn and evening, Saturday dawn and evening, and Sunday service. On Saturday afternoon, there is a meeting with the heads of departments and MokJa/MokNyo.
3. Pastors' Conference 9/9(M)-13 (Fri). My wife and I are attending a house church conference for pastors hosted by Saenuri Mission Church in San Francisco, United States. The missionary couples are also participating to learn and share about missions through house churches. Please pray for a successful United States visa.
4. Outdoor Worship 9/15 (Sun). On that day, the general meeting of the Evangel Church ends at 3 o'clock. Like last year, we will hold an outdoor worship service in Angrignon Park. If it rains, we try to hold a service at the church at 5 p.m.
5. Fall Life Study. In the week of 9/16, we will start the Life study. The current plan is to offer Living Life course in Korean and English. In our church, Life study is mandatory. If you haven't, please take it this time. In addition, the secondary students can take the English version if they want to.
6. MokJang reorganization. In September, the English-speaking congregation will begin. Currently, there are 8 Korean adult MokJangs, 1 Korean single MokJang, and 1 English adult MokJang. Existing MokJangs may be merged and new Mokjangs will be created. There will also be changes in the ministry of the secondary students.
